Don Geronimo got his first job in the age of 14 in stereo, at WRWC in Rockton, Illinois. But his love of radio never stopped developing, as his career accelerated.
At Fun Lovin’ 13Q Don was on and out the atmosphere in the significant market of Pittsburgh, from the age of 16. At seventeen, he was employed in New York, doing the nightshift at 99X. After which he got fired. Again. And began the climb entirely back up the air ladder.
From there it had been onto KIIS- WLS in Chicago and then FM in La. After moving to WBBM-FM in Chicago for days, he moved yet again, back to Washington DC in 1985.
The proceed to WAVA along with the start of Don’s son Bart in ’85 intended no more moving for some time. After doing the day shift on WAVA, Don combined with Mike O’Meara about the WAVA Morning Zoo thru 1991 and was transferred to mornings. At that time, the rebranded "Don & Mike Show" moved to WJFK and back to afternoons in DC. The D&M show ran for more than 20 years, and at one position was syndicated to over 50 channels. Don retired from that exhibit in 2008, returning to radio this year at KHTK in Sacramento. He remained there read more of 3 years, till he was fired. Once again!

Don continues to generate his miracle daily via downloads and live streaming. Don won the Billboard Air Personality Of The Entire Year in 1978 (medium markets), and again in 1981 (key markets) and 1984 (key markets).
